24 hour call out

Outside our normal working hours Rand offers a 24 hour call out service to cater for urgent requests for assistance within our service area. There is always an appointed service engineer available who can be contacted by telephone.

There is only one telephone number to ring and our automated service will contact the duty engineer on your behalf. The telephone number is the same as our normal day time number:

We are unable to offer our full facilities 24 hours a day. The service is purely for urgent requests where we can help by giving fast and out of normal hours response. The option of leaving a message is also available for calls that are not urgent.

There is a small charge of £50 (public holidays £70) for each call out to contribute towards the cost of providing the service.

Our normal working hours are 0830 - 1700 hrs Monday to Friday.
